Import (DataImporter)
Introduction
This type of import allows you to import tasks into SRs, Changes and Problems.
Importing the relationship between CI allows to relate two or more CI together and add a comment about the relationship. Before you can do this type of import, the CI to relate must be imported along with the relation types.
This import type allows to import the activities related to requests.
During the original Incident - SR import, only the resolution activity is imported. Use this import type if activities from another system need to be kept.
