If you receive a proxy error when starting Octopus, you must modify your proxy server configuration to NOT authenticate outgoing connections to our Octopus-itsm.com server IP address (see note below) on ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
The configuration can vary depending on your environment. To obtain additional details:
Tools -> Display installation kit address…
You must replace « YourSite » by the name of your Octopus environment
You must allow the IP address indicated below, based on your environment installation kit address
For all https://app1.octopus-itsm.com/YourSite/Start, add address 173.246.66.133 (app1.octopus-itsm.com)
For all https://www.octopus-itsm.com/sites/YourSite/Start, add address 174.142.195.145 (octopus-itsm.com)
