Edit New service request classification system
You can now better organize your service request types in a hierarchical manner. This is very useful for organizing service request types by categories when you have many types. Note that this feature is optional.

Edit Service request creation in Octopus
We have modified the SR creation form to leverage the new SR type classification system. The "type" field has been moved to the top and now supports filtering. For example, if you have an SR type called "Windows account creation", you can type the word "account" to filter the list of SR types.

We have also modified the SR creation in the Web Portal to leverage the new SR type classification system. The web application also displays the SR types in a hierarchical manner.
