If you use DataImporter to synchronize your data, please read the following.
In version 2.5, we have removed several fields. Please modify your views to reflect these changes. The old field names are no longer supported. To obtain the list of renamed fields, consult the section "Certain DataImporter fields have been renamed".
EditAutomatic addition of activities when the user responds to system-generated e-mails.
Octopus sends e-mails to the users to inform them of any progress in treating incidents and SRs (creation, assignment, resolution). If requested, Octopus also sends an e-mail when a technician adds an activity.
When the user responds to such an e-mail, Octopus can now process the reply and add it automatically as an incident activity.

A new search function allows you to search across all requests, no matter the type (Incident, Service request, Problem, Change, and Event).
The "General" and "Date" tabs present the common criteria :

The "Types" tab can display or perform a search. By default, the search is performed across all request types except for events.

To start the search function, go to "Tools > Search" or type Ctrl+Shift+F.

Over time, the names of certain fields have changed in Octopus.
Up until this version, the DataImporter module still used the old field names.
In this version, the field names supported by DataImporter have been revised.
The old field names are no longer supported.
If you use DataImporter, you need to check your views and correct the field names.
