EditOctopus now provides the ability to configure fields specific to each type of query in the entry form on the self-service web application.
You can now:- Define different fields for each type of template or SR Incident
- Add as many fields as you want
- Determine the type of each field (text, check box, choice list of answers)
- Make fields mandatory and others optional
- Determine the order of fields
