A wiki is a web site in which a group of people can collaborate freely to create a rich and vibrant source of information about a particular subject.
Currently, the Octopus wiki is edited exclusively by the internal Octopus team. Our employees are invited to contribute to the wiki by adding pages they deem useful for our clients. The level of control for the wiki's content is minimal, which creates an information source that is not only more dynamic, but less formal and strict as well.
Eventually, our clients will also be invited to contribute to the wiki's content and to participate in discussions about subjects covered in the wiki.
Before long, Octopus' online help will be migrated entirely onto the wiki.
