Please note that during the weekend of 19-20 of June, we will conduct a major maintenance to servers Octopus.
Note that:
- The Octopus service will be unavailable during this period.
- The IP address of the Octopus server (domain www.octopus itsm.com) will be changed.
- If you have changed the configuration of your firewall / proxy to allow communications to our current address (174.142.104.212), you must modify this configuration. The new IP address is 174.142.195.145.
- We will change the IP address early Saturday morning to give as much time as possible to the DNS servers to replicate the new address. If ever Monday, June 21, your DNS server still resolves to the old address, you'll have to force a reset of the cache on your DNS.
